This haiku was written by the one, the only, sparrow. (Not to be confused with Captain Jack Sparrow. Probably.) It was too good to leave languishing in the comments so I purloined it and put it here.
Palm stikes cheeks. Sorrow.
Heart breaks. Shame makes heart hollow.
Must be forgiven.
Isn’t that brilliant?
